Cluster Server Issues

Good Morning As you may or may not have been aware there has been some issues with some customers backing up to the cluster server over the easter break. We are still working on this issue with the developers and hope to have a full resolution soon. The issue appears to be most visable at the busy periods (9pm - 3am) and appears as if the server is not availaible to deal with requests and fails the backup. The issue was caused by the upgrade to the latest version as part of the upgrade the system needs to rebuild users accounts and its this that seems to be causing the issues. We are working with the developers to try and resolve this as soon as possible but in the mean time manual backups or backups scheduled outside the above window should continue to work fine.
